No special professional competence is required, as long as you are fully capable and have a clean criminal record. Please remember to declare your registration number and contact details at the entrance to your listing. 

Airbnb wants to be a good partner to local communities and work together with the government and local authorities to help hosts follow the rules. To that end, we are proposing a new system in which hosts on Airbnb and other platforms in Czechia will be required to publish their Business Licence Number (IČO) on their listing online. This will allow local authorities to control hosts’ compliance with the current local regulations. Nothing is changing yet but hosts on Airbnb will be informed timely in case they need to take action.
