Sharing our 2024 gender pay results in Ireland
We are deeply committed to making Airbnb a place where people of all backgrounds can succeed.
All companies in Ireland with 250 or more employees must report their gender pay gaps. The gender pay gap is the difference in the average hourly wage of men and women across an organisation. It compares the pay of all men and women, not just those in similar jobs, experiences, skills and qualifications.
Airbnb supports the important objective of this legislation to foster greater gender equity in the Irish workplace.
