Airbnb and SEWA: Empowerment through partnership

The Self Employed Women’s Association (SEWA) was formed in 1972 to help disadvantaged women in rural India find new income opportunities. Since 2016, Airbnb has partnered with SEWA to help expand livelihood opportunities for women and empower them through home sharing.
