Updating our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

We’re updating our Terms of Service, Payments Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy (“Terms”). For new users, these updated policies are effective immediately. For existing users, these Terms will take effect on January 20, 2021.

The changes to our Terms are meant to make them more concise and easier to read.  We’ve also re-organized the content to better reflect our different users (e.g., guest-specific terms followed by host-specific terms).

In addition, we previously announced a change to our Extenuating Circumstances policy that will go into effect for reservations that begin on or after January 20, 2021.
